Can I return my product? 

Yes! you can return your product if you ordered the wrong one or changed your mind. However any freight costs that apply during the original purchase and returning of the goods is non – refundable. Restocking fees and/or Admin fees will also apply. 

These fees vary for each brand/ supplier. Fees can range anywhere from 20% to 50% of the total sale depending on the condition of the product. 

Returns can take a minimum of 7 days to process, upon receipt of goods.

Will it fit?

we are happy to provide any requested information. Including dimensions and connections (electrical or plumbing) 

The fit is the responsibility of the customer, you will need to measure the space correctly and any doorways to ensure the item can be positioned correctly . 

How does warranty work? 

Most Products come with a minimum of 12 months warranty, some machines may have an extended 24 months warranty. 

warranty can be voided with miss-use. when the machine is not being used for the manufactures intended purpose. when care is not taken to operate the machine. warranty does not cover dints/scatches as this is inevitable for everyday use. 

when claiming a service call we require the following information

  • Model Number
  • Serial Number
  • Month and year of purchase 
  • Brand
  • Site address & contact
